Yes, we bring all of our own supplies and equipment. We use biodegradable, eco-friendly products that are safe for humans, pets, and the environment.

No. It is entirely your choice if you are home or away. Our staff have received background checks and are trusted team players. Most customers provide us with a code to access the home. This ensures our team access and helps prevent lock-outs. We ensure the safety of your home by setting alarms and locking doors.

We provide an estimated arrival time. Our team cleans from 9am to 5pm. We can not guarantee an exact time for your visit due to the nature of our business and changing schedules. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
